Requirements
- we are looking for the ideal candidate to grow and learn with us
- accounting qualification experience will be an advantage but not mandatory
- familiar with basic accounting and bookkeeping theory
- experience in using Microsoft Excel
- proactive and able to manage workload with guidance from your line manager
- positive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- methodical with an attention to detail
- knowledge in Health and Safety advantage but not essential
Responsibility
- financial Operations - Invoicing and Payroll Submission
- office Administration – Emails, Quotations, and Products orders
- calculate and submit payroll, VAT, and all relevant financial obligations to the outsourced accounting firm
- ensure that documentation for all accounting transactions are complete, transparent
- ensure that documentation for new staff is complete and submitted on time
- prepare the invoices quotations salaries for all financial transactions and submit them for approval and payment
Contract type
- advantage but not essential for local candidates and preference for Portuguese or Spanish bilingual speakers due to nature of the job
- part-time hours: 20 per week
- expected start date: 15/04/2021
