Responsibility
- assisting with set up and recovery of match day and training session equipment
- management of training kit and equipment daily in conjunction with the first team kit manager
- printing of kits
- supporting the kit manager in all areas of the kit management operation
- plus any other additional duties that are required to meet the needs of the business
- ensuring kit is washed after the fixture or the next day following a fixture
- take responsibility for managing the kit and equipment needs of Academy, Foundation, and Women's team. Joint responsibility for mascot and hospitality kit requirements
Requirements
- previous experience in kit operations or a similar role is essential
- ability to manage kit operations independently when required
- must hold a driving licence and will be willing to travel nationally for away games
- be flexible with working hours
- demonstrate honesty, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- display high standard of behaviour, appearance and encourage the same from others
- show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- demonstrate a can-do attitude
