Responsibility

  • surveying site and Setting out of works
  • work with the site team to advise on Sequence and Methodology
  • liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate and current
  • resolving Technical Problems
  • material take-off and timely material requisition and material delivery tracker
  • ensure Projects are delivered Defect free
  • track and communicate design changes to the site team

Requirements

  • proven experience setting out for groundworks, levels, deep drainage, highways, roads, 278 works and earthworks
  • understand scopes of work and project requirements
  • groundworks Experience within Basements, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering and Hard Landscaping is essential
  • proof of right to work in the UK
  • be proficient with a range of design software including AutoCAD
  • ambitious, Dedicated, Team player
  • ability to deal with clients & internal staff
  • excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
