- in this role, your duties would include, but not be limited to, the following
- to assist the manager in all aspects of production, as required to create an efficient and high performance product turnover
- manage orders and ensure maximised production time and efficiency
- assist in preparing the recipes
- ordering of ingredients required for recipes in a timely fashion taking into account shelf life
- assist in running the line, loading the dough, using the docker
- lifting the trays on to the baking trollies, loading/unloading oven
- using the flow wrap machine
