we are currently looking for an Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Pop Brixton. The salary on offer is a basic of £32,000 plus Commissions and Tips
acting upon incoming enquiries as received in a timely manner
developing and maintaining personable relationships with clients and colleagues
liaising with existing and prospective clients regarding their event requirements and creating bespoke proposals in line with company pricing policy
upselling where possible to ensure maximum profitability of the event
arranging & attending client viewings & tastings
attending the bigger events on the day to ensure that it is running smoothly and being the main point of contact for the client

Requirements
prior experience working in a senior managerial capacity within a team across multiple sites
experience in managing budgets of top-line sales and managing stock control
experience of implanting sales incentives for a team and supporting the team in achieving them
experience in managing health and safety for bars, including EHO requirements
experience in managing and overseeing large-scale events
experience in training and staff
