Responsibility
- maintaining employee records and managing HR databases
- coordinating and scheduling interviews, staff meetings and training sessions
- maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

- providing payroll information to accountant and keeping payroll records as required
- recruitment - create job postings/advertisements, screen CV’s, conduct initial phone screens, reference checks and assist in verifying employment eligibility
- onboarding new hires, including assisting in preparing employment contracts, coordinating site orientations, and facilitating necessary paperwork
- organise, attend and minute team and board meetings as required
- manage the technical supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure we are making cost effective purchases
- maintain teamwork schedules, ensure they are followed to achieve company goals
- carry out regular e/paper filing audits and apply/support any corrective actions, while maintain data compliance in line with GDPR
Requirements
- proven experience in office management in a dynamic office environment
- exceptional organisational and communication skills
- highly attentive to detail in all aspects of daily work
