Responsibility

  • welcome and Check in Guests via Hotel Guestline PMS system
  • check in Guests via Hotel PMS system
  • inform Guests of Hotel facilities and Restaurant information
  • update and maintain PMS system
  • build a good rapport with our Guests
  • ensure Rooms and Communal Areas are ready for occupation
  • proactively upsell Polzeath Beach House to maximise revenue
  • build a good rapport with all Guests

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • hotel Property Management Systems use a bonus but training will be given
  • experience of Bookings Management Systems
  • immaculate presentation
  • good technical and IT skills MS Office as minimum
  • good IT skills including MS Office
  • attention to detail
  • forward thinking and a team player
