Responsibility

  • friendly, outgoing receptionist needed to join our fantastic on park team at Crantock Beach
  • this is a seasonal vacancy starting running until the start of November with the option to return for following seasons
  • provide an effective Reception and Information Service, on site booking service and operate Park phone/radio system
  • taking incoming calls & completing a courtesy park introduction phone call to guests who are arriving the following week
  • take payment for holidays or caravan owners' accounts and issue receipts using till systems provided
  • our opening hours are between 9am to 6pm seven days a week including weekends. This role will be 4 days out of 7 with an average of 32 hours within this period
