Responsibility
- part time cook required for new cafe, The Cyclist, located inside the Cycle Heaven shop on Hospital Fields Road, Fulford
- we are looking for an experienced cook to join our small, friendly team and work across our two sites
- salary is negotiable
- you will have an understanding of good practise in the kitchen - cleanliness, allergens, organisational skills etc
- looking for a motivated individual to join our very small team at this new venture, with a focus on breakfast/brunch and lunch options
- we operate Sunny’s Cafe and Sandwich Bar on Fulford Road and have recently also taken on the cafe concession at the Cycle Heaven shop on Hospital Field’s Road
- you will be expected to help out across all aspects of the business from cooking, helping out on the till, serving, clearing tables, washing pots, cleaning etc
- we are looking for someone who is confident across all aspects of the two businesses - from making amazing coffees, sandwiches, salads, toasted sandwiches, breakfasts to getting stuck into washing pots, clearing tables, running food, serving customers, cash handling etc etc
