Responsibility
- we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team
- you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making successful hires
- as a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth
- screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
- collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally with a focus on senior-level positions
- strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
