paint sprayer
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- preparing parts for coating including filling and smoothing of part surfaces
- mixing coating liquids accurately as defined by technical specifications
- spraying composite parts to high visual acceptance standards
- polishing and finishing various coated and uncoated components
- ensure parts meet the required customer quality standards
- work within Health and Safety guidelines at all times
- use and maintain all supplied personal protective equipment in good condition
- maintain all company tools and equipment in a safe and clean workable condition
Requirements
- experience of paint spraying applications including water and solvent based primers, base coats and clear coats
- previous experience of composites and automotive environments preferred
- NVQ, City & Guilds or similar qualification in paint is preferred
- an organised, systematic and resilient approach to work
- enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable
- great communication skills and team player
- industrial Painting: 2 years
- prepared to work to flexible working patterns
