Responsibility
- this position involves the calibration of Concrete Batching Plants throughout the UK and Ireland
- weights & Measures Standards require that the weighing systems are checked periodically to ensure they are within tolerance
- be in good health and physically fit as the calibration process requires the lifting of 20Kg weights
- on the job training will be provided
- conduct all duties in a safe and careful manner to ensure the safety of yourself and others
- be dependable with good punctuality and time keeping
- ability to work methodically with a time efficient approach to tasks
- good attention to detail and accuracy of delivery
Requirements
- candidates should be in good health, physically fit have an array of useful skills to perform the role adequately
- candidates must have a good work ethic & a logical mind for problem solving. Teamwork and communication are very important in this role as is the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates must have a full valid driving license
