as the Business Administrator you will be the key coordinating role in the group, setting up and running systems and processes to support the MD across a number of business administration and facilities tasks to ensure a smooth running of the group
set up and maintain a property file for each property
managing day-to-day administration for the company - maintaining effective paper and electronic filing systems ensuring all necessary documents and communications are retained and accessible to the appropriate personnel
being a single point of contact for tenants, partners and utilities providers
