Responsibility
- carrying out planned preventative maintenance of a fast-paced production line
- carrying out reactive maintenance
- diagnosing and repairing faults on electrical and mechanical machinery
- carrying out root cause analysis, contributing with continuous improvement projects with the results
- installing new equipment
- be responsible for fire alarm systems
- carry out risk assessments
- supervising and liaising with staff members and external contractors
Requirements
- electrical and mechanical engineering experience
- have experience carrying out maintenance within the manufacturing environment
- experience with trouble shooting and fault diagnosis on both electrical and mechanical equipment
- experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum systems
- experience of using lathes and welding equipment
- formal qualification in an engineering or maintenance discipline
- computer skills
- electrical Engineering: 1 year
