First of all, I would like to thank you all for the incredible work you're doing for the most disadvantaged!
Regretfully, drawing on recent events at Douglass House Efford Plymouth, an emergency and respite care facility for persons with disabilities and complex needs, this has exposed the inadequate safeguarding and care that Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care have been providing.
