Responsibility
single Point of Contact for Pluxa Head Office reporting to Head office daily with daily ground operational updates
need to maintain and manage Inventory
need to Inspect Property as and when required
overseeing all maintenance allocations, cleaning schedules and advisories, linen control and distribution including cost effective stock control and distribution
handling all administrative and operational tasks on ground as and when management requires it
liasoning with Building Management, Vendors, Guests and all external parties ensuring all statutory compliance are fulfilled
any other miscellaneous tasks given by the Management
regular inspection of properties to ensure all apartments are cleaned and maintained to meet Pluxa standards and to liaise with cleaners and maintenance teams as and when required to ensure all expectations are met
Requirements
inventory Management and Property Inspection Experience Required
minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the field of Real estate, Residential or Hospitality
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong management, organization and leadership skills
proactive with keen eye for detail
forward thinking with initiative
ability to effectively delegate and co-ordinate teams
results driven mentality with confidence
