Responsibility
- send Invoices and supporting pictures after visiting
- advise of which date and time slot attendances can be scheduled
- send quotes for jobs that require remedials
- have your own Public liability insurance
- have your own form of transportation and tools
- have a UTR Number
- have some form of I'D
- have availability to book jobs in Monday - Friday's
Contract type
- domestic Plumbing call outs
- handypersons call outs
- be willing to travel in and around London to work orders issued by the client, carrying out visits to mostly new build developments
- parking and Czone charges will be reimbursed as you will be attaching these to your invoice along with any materials used
- attendances are needed for either a general handy persons for repairs which may include but are not limited to; fitting or fixing curtains/ blinds, furnitures eg; beds, cabinets, door locks and painting and decorating and maybe some small tiling jobs
- will need to attend to a job reported and attempt repairs on the initial visit, otherwise make safe and quote for any remedial works for a return visit
- will need to attend to a job reported and repair where possible within the initial visit, inform of any additionals required, quotes will be required for any remedials for authorisation to either extend the initial visit or for a return visit.Ideal candidate is someone who can also paint and decorate, as well as carry out minor tile and grout repairs to walls mostly
