Responsibility
- diary management & dealing with customer accounts using our CRM system
- be empathetical and build rapport with our customers, with an outgoing, self-motivated and friendly personality
- booking a variety of jobs or estimates in the correct diaries
- work independently to manage the day-to-day workflow of all engineers whilst prioritising our emergency customers
- problem solving & finding daily solutions, communicating regularly with customers and our engineers
- demonstrate a strong commitment to the success of the team and our company by achieving personal targets
- managing emergency diary appointments in a timely manner
- dealing with inbound and outbound communications professionally in a fast-paced environment
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
