- we are looking for an experienced Full-Time Office Administrator/Co-ordinator to join our ever expanding team
- it is important that the candidate has previous experience in a Customer Service/Scheduling Role
- this opportunity comes at an exciting time for us as we have recently moved to our new showroom/office with roadside visibility
- scheduling engineer's diaries
- any voicemails left also require a prompt response
- this role also involves acting as the primary liaison between customers & Engineers, providing information & answering any questions where necessary
- to oversee and manage jobs & quotations and log them using our in house systems
- we have opened our doors to customers, should they want to meet with staff, make payments or have a look at some of the boilers, radiators and care plans we offer
