Responsibility
- provide excellent leadership and management to the Warehouse Operatives and ensuring performance is aligned with company SLA’s
- recruitment and training of Warehouse Operatives
- ensure the smooth running of warehouse functions including shipping, inventory, deliveries, returns and Health & Safety
- management and audit of stock, and perform stock takes
- ensure all relevant paperwork is completed correctly
- general warehouse duties
Requirements
- at least 3 years experience of warehouse and stock management
- experience of successfully leading a warehouse team to achieve company KPI’s
- forklift licence highly desirable
- ability to improve company processes and operational performance
- excellent understanding of Health & Safety standards and compliance
- an established leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
- warehouse management: 3 years
