Responsibility

  • building strong networks to attract high calibre candidates using a variety of social media channels
  • developing an exceptional employer brand that is enticing and credible based on the company employee value proposition model
  • working directly with the HR and management teams to maximise engagement for the talent agenda
  • creating and managing talent pools
  • manage the relationship with those on our preferred supplier list; including terms of business negotiations with recruitment agencies
  • full hands on management of the recruitment process within the guidelines and processes set by the company; end to end recruitment cycle including full editorial rights on social media engagement material with the support of the Head of HR
  • promote internal mobility to enhance talent opportunities and retention
  • accurate documentation and reporting of all relevant information and personal files to ensure all legal requirements as an employer are met

Requirements

  • knowledge of resourcing processes, social media strategies and employer branding
  • high level of attention to detail to ensure compliance on the candidate vetting process
  • tech savvy; social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeedand others for contents and analytics
  • ability to work within a fast paced reactive environment and at times under pressure
  • experience with social media content generation, advertising vacancies, shortlisting and interviewing candidates from multiple platforms and for all positions; from junior to senior positions
  • self-starter positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with own initiative
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, influence and facilitate at a senior management level; presenting high professional standards
  • experience and working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems process
