Requirements
- managing suppliers, contractors, to ensure a smooth build, live event & breakdown
- managing the maintenance, processing, haulage, recording and reporting of all stock
- resource plan accurately to ensure smooth build and break of all allocated events
- responsible for warehouse space, and compliance with H&S, operational processes, maintenance programs and insurance compliance; cascading any issues to line management
- responsible for all stock, and booking of transportation, site delivery and return of all material resource
- management of the event logistics operation to achieve defined targets and strategic objectives of the business
- plan and manage event site build and break schedules to deliver the most cost and resource effective event
- managing volunteer team of 10-15 people
