Responsibility
- the ideal candidate would be driven, have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised
- good communication skills are essential to liaise with other departments within the company
- we are a busy children's entertainment centre, looking for a new team leader to join our reception team
- shift would include weekends, both Saturday and Sunday, with additional weekday shifts for the right person. Availability during school holidays is essential due to the nature of our business
- as our reception team leader you will be responsible for a small team , and report directly to the reception manager, motivating staff to achieve target sales, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the team
- typical reception day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning/maintaining the general reception area, booking customers in and out, answering customer queries via telephone, possible complaints handling, and general admin support
- supervising the reception team in the absence of the reception manager
- responding to all customer inquiries via telephone and email
Requirements

- confident and outgoing, with both children and adults
- someone that thrives on working under pressure in a busy environment
