- proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- proficiency in using project management software such as Project Server, Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira, and Visio
- knowledge of different project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile
- experience working with content management systems is a plus
- familiarity with Workday is preferred but not required
Responsibility
- assist in the development of project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle
- collaborate with content management systems teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables
