Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced and passionate baker/chef to join our small team
  • the position is for 35 hours over a 4 day working week
  • role to start ASAP
  • the ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a busy bakery and/or kitchen environment and will be capable of producing a high volume of goods in a quick but methodical manner
  • an understanding of the theory, techniques and processes involved in working with sourdough is essential, as well as excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and taking great pride in your work
  • the role will involve a fair share of the early starts , weekend work and bank holiday work.Lots of free bread, pizza, tea and coffee on every shift
