Responsibility

  • draft and review contracts of sale, purchases, remortgages and mortgages
  • provide advice to clients on the legal aspects of their transactions
  • conduct searches and investigations into title and other matters
  • liaise with other legal professionals such as solicitors, surveyors and bankers
  • ensure that all legal requirements are met in the preparation of documents
  • correspond with all parties to reach a satisfactory conclusion
  • open and close files
  • deal with SDLT and post completion matters
