Responsibility

  • the service will operate 365 days a year 24 hours a day
  • staff will have the support of a 24-hour Management On-Call system
  • the support will be expected to be in line with Platfform’s values and the project’s operational plans
  • to manage and lead a team working within a 24-hour Mental Health Supported Accommodation providing social, emotional, and practical support to people experiencing challenges with their mental health and emotional well-being
  • the aim of this project is to guide individuals through the trauma they have experienced towards recovery, by finding the best ways for the individual to become independent and connected with their community and wellbeing
  • the Service Manager will predominantly work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, however there is an expectation to potentially cover shifts at short notice and work outside of these hours where needed
