  • create unique, interesting, beautiful ranges of plants to compete at the highest level
  • build up strong inventory management process and ensure both accuracy and efficiency
  • work with suppliers to improve our sustainable practices and reduce our impact on the environment
  • enforce strong controls driving up the quality of our plants and packaging
  • build upon existing supplier relationships and bring new, high quality growers on board. We'll be exploring large scale, fundamental changes to our operation over the coming years, so it will be all change and an exciting time to be involved
  • use our data to carry out deep analysis into sales and work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities and areas to improve
