- liaising with customers over the phone and via email regarding all aspects of their booking enquiry
- liaising with suppliers over the phone and via email with regards to services booked
- taking an initial holiday enquiry over the phone from a customer
- assisting in preparing a quotation for the customer
- making any relevant bookings with suppliers
- adding booked customers to the Travel Trade Association insurance scheme
- provide extraordinary customer service to our Travelers

- receive and send emails and phone calls to service providers
- follow-up communications with customers to complete reservations, notify of schedule changes, etc
- resolve issues that may arise for customers with a sense of urgency with proper supervision, no fire and forget approach
- commitment to high-quality customer service by ensuring response to calls and emails are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- minimum 1-2 years of strong customer service experience; having interacted with customers to provide resolutions and fulfil customer requests
- previous call centre experience
- A true passion for travel; personal travel experience is a plus
- previous hospitality experience
- knowledge of international and domestic geographical locations, proper spelling of locations, points of interest, etc
- experience booking travel using professional booking tools
- strong computer and internet navigation skills
- strong service mentality with a willingness to go above and beyond for every customer
