- we are looking for a part time Operations Manager to support the Registered Service Manager in overseeing 3 homes in Hillingdon, Slough and third location TBC
- this role is an exciting opportunity which will give the ideal candidate the opportunity to lead on initial development of new initiatives and deliver line management responsibilities

- to provide a positive role model to be able to offer advice, guidance and assistance where appropriate
- place of Progress successfully registered with OfSTED to continue providing Supported Accommodation services for Children Looked After and Care Leavers and have 16+ and 18+ provisions across Greater London and Home Counties
- to communicate effectively with other agencies and professionals and proactively prepare written reports when required
- liaise with other housing providers to build and maintain move-on facilities for clients
