Responsibility

  • utilising various CRM platforms including our in-house CMS, email, website, LinkedIn and Hootsuite
  • place Informatics is a fast growing, market leading, data insights provider to some the largest Investment funds, Property Consultants and Public Sector blue-chip clients
  • management of all prospect and customer database activity through our CRM system
  • we are now moving into our next phase of rapid growth and are recruiting for an exciting position for a Senior CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy and drive significant sales growth through self-drive, energy and determination
  • you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day CRM execution and strategy including outbound new lead generation, new customer on boarding and existing customer product cross selling. You will also be expected to recruit and grow the team
  • farm our large existing customer base to cross sell additional Data Insights products

  • creating and executing CRM activity for all of our flagship data platforms on a weekly monthly and quarterly time period by working with the sales, PR and product development teams

Requirements

  • A genuine attitude of ‘what ever it takes’ to meet deadlines and hit sales targets
  • ability to rapidly identify customer benefits from our data dashboards and deliver highly targeted, effective outbound lead generation campaigns
  • an approachable, supportive individual who thrives in a demanding environment focused on business growth
  • A real enthusiasm for all things CRM, with the drive and ambition to champion best practices across all channels
  • highly adaptable and analytical with a very keen eye for details
  • real passion for driving growth and a genuine pride in being part of an exceptional company at the forefront of the industry
  • previous experience managing CRM strategies and people are essential
  • strong project and time management skills to be able to juggle multiple campaigns, customer farming and new business projects at the same time
