PLACE 2 PLACE LOGISTICS is looking for employees for positions:

  • customer services administrator

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • ensuring customers delivery services are maintained to a high standard and deliveries are made on time
  • monitor the Pall-Ex system for potential delivery failures
  • raise RCR’s for oversized freight or redeliveries
  • work with the team and supply weekly reports covering, damages, complaints, delivery service, highlight problem areas or depots
  • work as a team to raise sales invoices and any potential credits
  • assist directors with any other business tasks as they require
  • work within the customer service team and assist with any queries or problems so that customers are satisfied with the outcome and maintain a good service experience
  • oversee insurance claims and make sure the file is up to date and customer claims are being settled in a timely manner

Requirements

  • be available to start at the beginning of January 2023
  • maintain a positive relationship with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
