  • processing purchase ledger invoices on our Merlin system
  • query reporting & resolution
  • posting monthly purchase journals
  • entering supplier payments & customer receipts
  • preparing & processing the mid-month and month end Bacs payments

Requirements

  • you must be well organised, methodical & accurate in your work
  • minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience preferably to AAT level
  • if you think you can be the person we are looking for, we want to hear from you
  • you need to be able to follow the established fully computerised accounts processes & ensure that the high standards are maintained, whilst being confident that your own expertise can add value & enhance the overall department
  • financial management: 3 years
