Responsibility
- we are seeking a highly motivated Manager for our restaurant
- the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations
- oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, customer service, and staff management
- ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to company standards
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- train and supervise restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen assistants
- pizza Rebels is new create your own pizza restaurant based in Whitley Bay. We empower our customers to unleash their creativity to make the pizza they want, or alternatively they can choose from one of our signature pizzas
- create and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar food service establishment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
