acts as a ’technical bridge’ between customer development and the core development teams within the business, translating customer requirements and improvement opportunities into development needs, as well as providing internal training to support, professional services and pre-sales engineers on new product features and enhancements
Requirements
strong team work and internal-communication
experience working with Enterprise hardware, preferably in a data center environment
excellent analytical and problem solving skills
experience with NAS related technologies and their open source implementations, particularly those that support NFS and SMB
curious and fast learner
experience building, supporting or maintaining a clustered or parallel filesystem such as Spectrum Scale, Lustre, Quantum Stornext, BeeGFS, etc
degree in computer science, data scient or information technology a plus but not required
ability to manage customer and internal expectations
