- manage purchase ledger & accounts payable
- management of customer accounts i.e. updating account details on Sage, credit limits on Sage & e-commerce, monitoring card payments
- work with Sage One and Sage 50
- approve invoices processed through Dext
- cross check, process and approve invoices
- supplier statement reconciliation
- purchase order and supplier invoice reconciliation
- month end bank reconciliation
- data entry
- purchasing assistance
- speaking with customers over the phone
- compiling data upon request
- creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
- light accounting / book keeping duties
- preparing documents such as invoices, memos and purchase orders
- updating website
- attention to detail
- great communication and interpersonal abilities
- excellent organizational skills
- familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is an advantage
