  • daily bank reconciliation including lodgements and card transactions
  • populating performance data spreadsheets and KPIs
  • maintenance of financial information and systems
  • assistance with the preparation of management accounts and budgets
  • management of petty cash procedures
  • reconciliation of suppliers statements
  • providing admin support to company management

Requirements

  • conversant with Xero
  • bookkeeping experience in a retail environment would be beneficial
  • well organised and able to work unsupervised
  • basic HR knowledge would be beneficial
  • bookkeeper: 2 years
