- monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bartending skills
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
