PIPPETA is looking for employees for positions:
- B2C & B2B webshop fulfilment, including stock, picking and packing and order processing
- fulfilment of online orders including using Royal Mail Click & Drop and other couriers
- taking our customer satisfaction scores to the next level by delivering excellent customer service
- gaining a strong knowledge of stock and Pippeta products
- attending numerous Baby & Toddler retail shows throughout the year . – Set up, working on the show, dismantling
- preparing for stock management for shows and events
- ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized
- ensuring warehouse goals are met
- experience with an eCommerce platform, preferably Shopify
- experience of managing emails and using outlook
- experience with computer systems like Royal Mail / DPD
- experience of stock control
- analytical and systematic approach
- quick and accurate with data, with great attention to detail
- highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- initiative to be able to work alone
