Responsibility
- to carry out and ensure in-house training is delivered through Toolbox Talks on a regular basis
- develop processes to ensure that site documentation is completed in place, arranged and accessible
- to be responsible for Contract compliance in terms of specification, KPIs and site specific Health and Safety plans
- program, arrange and delegate PPM duties within the remit of the caretaking team. Monitor satisfactory completion and report back
- to escalate and manage underperformance in a timely and consistent manner in accordance to company capability procedure
- in conjunction with the Technical Lead to manage, monitor, review and improve compliance to the Contract, either directly or through contractors
- to contribute accurate and timely data for corporate quality and environment initiatives
- to implement change initiatives and keep up to date with legislation and best practices
