- maintain technical reports, technical specs, and process development for possible multiple manufacturers
- provide technical support for multiple step processes from automation to paste-making, slitting, and/or laminating processes for our converting department
- analyze manufacturing equipment and processes for ways to improve performance. Lead Equipment / System modifications, Process & Continuous improvement teams, and Quality Assurance
- develop and maintain product specifications, equipment specification. Develop process parameters around machine settings as well as product conformity criteria for operators and lab technicians
