Responsibility
- oversee and manage all aspects of the Bar Running
- ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- coordinate and execute press releases
- work closley with the Venue staff and events team/Also company directors to ensure a smooth running bar
- monitor and control expenses
- train and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- previous experience as an assistant manager or general manager in the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of bartending
- excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficient in computer systems and software used
