Responsibility

  • ensure that all projects have been correctly evaluated, costed and adhere to agreed margins
  • provide effective leadership of people, processes, and systems
  • monitor and drive improvements, and actively seek opportunities for value improvements and cost reduction
  • continually financially evaluate production performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting relevant KPI’s
  • any other reasonable duties as agreed with the Operations Director
  • you will take the lead in procurement and commercial matters, ensuring materials and equipment are available in good time to meet production demand and purchased within agreed budgets
  • liaise with the Sales Department in order to produce a robust 6 month rolling forecast that drives the material requirements plan, whilst taking ownership of lean stock levels
  • work alongside our sales, design and production departments to ensure that the production operations run smoothly and profitably
