Responsibility

  • timely identification of sales agents who are of concern
  • to cancel sales and update customer accounts when necessary
  • to liaise with other departments and partner centres when necessary
  • to keep all compliance reports up to date
  • reporting to the Operations Manager, the Compliance Agent will listen to and report on the quality and compliance of sales calls made by partner contact centres
  • ensure that calls are marked accurately using our call scoring system
  • to ensure that the targeted number of sales calls are listened to for all sales agents across all outbound campaigns
