Responsibility

  • lead on content strategy to deliver MQLs, SEO targets and campaign requirements
  • plan, create and optimise PPC campaigns to generate engagement and MQLs
  • funnel-based reporting across digital channels to review performance and develop optimisation strategies, ensuring alignment of team activity to business targets
  • define UK social strategy and support team with content production and publishing across platforms
  • develop nurture campaigns for engaged contacts/accounts using both digital channels and outbound resource
  • manage website , leading on CRO strategy
  • manage third party suppliers/ partners in support of website design, development and maintenance
  • own and deliver SEO strategy, ensuring on and off-page optimisation: keyword research, page/content/technical audits, defining content requirements

Requirements

  • 2 years’ digital marketing experience
  • experience in developing effective digital marketing strategies, specifically regarding improved on-site experience, lead generation, SEO and CRO techniques
  • A track record of executing effective, revenue driving campaigns that engage targeted audiences, creating effective messaging/value propositions
  • experienced user of marketing tools, automation, CRM, , or similar including email marketing campaigns
  • excellent communicator, with strong presentation skills, able to adapt to different audiences and confidence with senior stakeholders
  • driven, agile and self-motivated, able to deal with many competing priorities in a fast-paced workspace
  • digital marketing: 2 years
  • email marketing: 1 year
