Requirements
- previous experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- registration with Social Care Wales, or a willingness to register within the timeframes set out by SCW
- are highly motivated to help people live life to the fullest
- candidates must have the right to work within the UK
- will demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for their work
- are pro-active and can bring ideas to the table to help develop the service and promote continuous improvement
