Responsibility
- picton West is currently working with a market leading property company and together we are recruiting for a Property Manager
- answer general, maintenance and emergency phone calls, dealing with all general enquiries and resolve reported issues accordingly
- act as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, and contractors
- instruct maintenance works and ensure the completion of the work
- complete property visits
- arrange pre tenancy preparations, safety checks and ensure properties are compliant
- \* Ensure Systems and Processes are up to date and the team in performing to the best of its ability
- maintenance issues
Requirements
- experience in Property Management
- level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management would be an advantage but not essential
- ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
- exceptional organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
- capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
- ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies
- full UK Driving Licence and Car
- property Management: 1 year
