Responsibility
- matching holidays with customer requirements in order to secure holoday bookings
- providing high quality advice and information to customers about the holodays and destinations we offer
- processing customer bookings using online systems
- providing follow up/ customer care prior to the holoday travel date to ensure the best possible experience for the customer
Requirements
- A proven strong sales record with the ability to set, achieve and follow up team targets
- excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence the performance of less experienced team members
- excellent product knowledge with a good working knowledge of tour operator systems
- excellent questioning and listening skills to help our customers plan, find and successfully book their holidays
- ability to use social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement and drive sales
- outstanding organisational skills
- at least 5 years experience , as a travel consultant within an online travel agency/ high street travel agency and 2 years within a senior/ managerial role
- be able to lead by example offering unparalleled levels of customer service
