- your role will involve prepping ingredients, making breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and baked goods; always ensuring high quality
- your duties will include team management, ordering, invoices, stock control and meeting food safety and cleaning standards
- you must be a good team player plus have the confidence to work independently
- live within easy reach of Surbiton due to early starts

- the successful candidate will have previous experience in a cafe environment, or running a busy section in a restaurant and looking to progress. We will provide full training
Responsibility
- pickled Pantry is looking for a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to join our small, friendly & fun team. This job would suit an existing kitchen manager or a sous chef looking for the next step in their career
- we are an independently owned Café in Surbiton, specialising in locally sourced, seasonal dishes. We serve breakfast, lunch and homemade cakes, and we make everything fresh in house
- we are open 7-4 weekdays, 8-4 Saturday and 9-4 Sunday so you will not be required to work evenings or split shifts
- to work as part of a team and participate in staff meetings
- to manage a small team of chefs and complete daily paperwork
