- serve drinks and food to our guests as per company standard in a warm and friendly manner
- assists in setting up and closing down the restaurant, ready for service for the next day
- maintain the restaurant standards keeping all areas of the business clean and tidy
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
